Miscellany Post

Aha, I made up for yesterday's lack of comic early! Now we're even.

I have a few small things to post, so I figured I could give you a blog post casserole.

My pals Becky and Sohmer have collaborated to make a BEAUTIFUL children's book (I've had the pleasure of peeking at some of the pages early, and as is always the case with Becky's work, the artwork is gorgeous!). The book is called Bear and it's available via Kickstarter. Kick in! I'm sure you know someone with a kid (perhaps yourself) who would greatly appreciate the thought and skill put into this book.

Registration for Intervention (Sept 21-23 in Rockville, MD) will go up from $40 to $45 in September, so get your $40 registration early!

And as a tiny bonus, I thought I'd share a piece I did earlier this year (I think? I can't remember) for Magic Bullet, now that it's probably impossible to find in print!

You can thank Marlo Meekins for reminding me of the piece, as she recently inspired artists to do little drawings of their first memories. What, you don't know Marlo's work? You poor sap. Here, spend the rest of your day laughing your ass off.
