It wasn't until I started teaching in Denmark that I realized how much know about baseball, and how Americanly-often  I use baseball references in my comics. 

(I realized it in Denmark because one of the assignments I gave to my Graphic Storytelling students was to rearrange a simple comic about two young baseball players. They were supposed to redo the comic to make it more clear, but they didn't know what the hell was going on because Denmark is not America. Maybe next time I'll write one about apple pie...)
